Returns & Exchanges

Please note, we do not offer refunds. All returns following the guidelines listed on this page, will be accepted for store credit only. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available.

We’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. Simply mail it back to us within 14 days of your order date and the cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a Drift Co gift card.
Apparel/swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in perfect condition. Sanitary strip must be attached to swimwear bottoms (if received with one). All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place. Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or is missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Exchanges after 14 days cannot be accepted. Please note: the original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you return or exchange. 

Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store and instructions on how to use it will be included.

Shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions. Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not Drift Co. Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item, then sending the original item back. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, shoot us an email at hello@catchthedrift.co and we’ll help.
