When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, expect domestic orders to arrive in 1-4 days, and international orders to arrive in 8-15.
How Do I Track My Package After It Has Been Shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation. Use this number to track your package.
Does Drift Co. Ship Internationally?
Yes! International shipping is $40 for regular sized items and $50 for oversized packages. Items being shipped to Russia will incur a $45 shipping charge.
Can I Cancel Or Make Changes To My Order?
We generally process orders within 2 business days, but we’re usually much faster. Unfortunately, once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes.
Can I Return An Item I Bought Online In Person To Your Store?
Of course! As long as it wasn’t on bought with a promo code or marked Final Sale, you’re welcome to return any online purchases within 14 days of your order date to our brick and mortar store for store credit.
How Do I Use A Promo Code?
Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Gift Card or Promo Code?’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Promotions’ line.* Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some exclusions apply.
